Investor Relation Executive (Junior)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist in gathering and providing ongoing information to the board and management, including investor feedback, market perspectives, stock movements, and ownership analysis on a regular basis.
• Support the creation and dissemination of strategic communication strategies to enhance investor relations.
• Collaborate in preparing quarterly earnings publications, setting management schedules, and drafting scripts for earnings videos and presentations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Communication, Commercial, and other related divisions to ensure accurate and strategic messaging in shareholder communications.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with sell-side and buy-side analysts by facilitating communication and gathering their feedback.
• Assist in organizing and executing investor presentations at conferences and non-deal roadshows.
• Support the production of professional company profile videos for selected hospital units to enhance their visibility and attractiveness to investors.
• Contribute to crafting and refining strategic messages for earnings calls and other investor-related presentations.
• Actively participate in initiatives to increase engagement with retail investors, ensuring their concerns and feedback are addressed.
Requirements
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Basic understanding of financial reports and market analysis.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software is a plus.
• Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
