About this position

The Compliance and Audit Executive is responsible for ensuring compliance in Facility Maintenance and General Affairs within the Hospital Unit, conducting internal audits, and advising on operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Give guidance to Facility Maintenance and General Affair in Hospital Unit regarding compliance on Facility Maintenance and General Affair operations in unit
• Do internal audit on Facility Maintenance and General Affair in Hospital Unit, according to Facility Management and Safety Head Office's standard, accreditation standard, and government regulations
• Review the current Facility Management and Safety Head Office's standards implementation on Hospital Units, and act based on the result
• Advise Facility Maintenance in Hospital Units on daily operational issues (technical issues, management issues, permits issues, etc)
• Suggest and do trial on new system to improve effectivity and efficiency in Facility Maintenance and General Affair operations (building management system, online energy monitoring, etc)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree level from Civil Engineering/ Architecture Engineering/ Machine Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering
• Microsoft Excel skill
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang
