About this position

Manage and supervise training development process. He/she understands and advise talent management principles implement HR project, skills development, leadership, innovation, and digitization.

Responsibilities

Training and Development
• Org Development: Analyze the data and provide future essential competencies to prepare and design guidelines for employee development and preparing employees for changes in response to the business direction.
• Develop and implement a standard process for talent development and succession planning to support long-term business continuity.
• Design and develop and operate talent and Successor following development Plan and evaluate GAP to Design IDP.
• Implement career development programs, and annual learning roadmaps, and Develop content and toolkits both online and offline.
• Design and support organization change, career paths, job rotation, promotion, and create linkage.
• Support management in the development and execution for talent profile, 9 grid box.
• Define competencies and conduct a skills gap analysis to identify critical workforce skills.
• Establish a training master plan in accordance with training needs and business objectives.
• Monitor and develop training courses for both in-house and external sessions.
• Implement and develop Talent management program, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, SBS program and Management Trainee program.
• Conduct and develop an orientation program for new employees.
• Manage team to ensure the smooth organization of all training sessions in accordance with the training plan and objectives.
• Digitalize the training processes to be more effective, productive, and agile.
• Provide support and contribute to the Global Learning & Development projects.
• Manage employee engagement activities, employee survey and welfare committee related projects as assigned.
• Other related to OD&TM jobs assign from manager.
• Action follow as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 including the rules of company.

Requirements

Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any other related fields
Experience and Background
• At least minimum, 7 years’ experience as HR Generalist with knowledge in training development, talent management, employee relations and communication.
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Innovative, resourceful and results-driven
• Knowledgeable in local employment laws and regulations
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills both in Thai and English languages
• Computer and internet proficient
