About this position

Your role will be essential in bringing your E-Commerce expertise to Sika Thailand. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will report to our Marketing Manager and serve as the primary contact point with our outsourced E-Commerce Enabler. Together, you will develop Sika E-Stores on various marketplaces, overseeing E-Store operations, communication, sales, promotion, and customer traffic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our outsourced E-Commerce Enabler to strategize and implement E-Commerce initiatives.
• Work in tandem with the Enabler to manage operations, including defining product stock, clearance campaigns, handling product returns, and managing customer service inquiries and FAQs…
• Establish, maintain, and activate Sika E-Stores on major platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc. It includes content management.
• Facilitate triangular cooperation with Enablers, Lazada + Shopee Key Account Managers.
• Establish and manage Sika E-Store on Allkons.
• Drive digital sales to meet specified targets, while closely monitoring Return on Investment (ROI) metrics, including Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and marketing fees.
• Support the growth of existing customers, Dealers, and Modern Trades for E-commerce channel by providing engaging content and actively tracking sales performance.
• Conduct occasional follow-up meetings with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored support.
• Define and execute the 4Ps tactic (promotion, place, price, product) both on and offsite to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Analyze data and gather intelligence on competitors to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines, maintaining a consistent brand image across all E-Commerce platforms and communications.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly reports to the Asia-Pacific Regional Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in E-Commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience with e-commerce marketing platforms and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English (B2 level) is a must to grow in a multicultural working environment.
