Digital Specialist
About this position
The digital specialist will work closely with the marketing communication team, responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in a creative approach.
Responsibilities
• To initiate strategies for social media contents.
• To arrange weekly meetings with TM and business unit for content idea creation.
• To develop monthly social media contents plan.
• To develop performance report to Marketing Communication Manager resulted from social media data, e-campaign performance, e-market research, and social listening.
• To monitor, assess impact, and identify solution to grow target audience.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor degree in marketing / communications or related field.

• Computer Skills - able to understand IT systems/concept and application in warehouse and logistics applications and able to use such system.
• Customer focused - putting customers first and demonstrating a commitment to service leading to satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
• Teamwork & collaboration - demonstrating ability to work as part of a multifunctional team to meet desired business goals.
• Interpersonal skills - establish rapport and develop relationships with all key stakeholders: suppliers, customers or colleagues.
• Organizational skills - able to organize, plan, manage time and schedule, and coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
