About this position
Responsibilities
• Data input regular reporting EHS such as Hazardous & non hazardous waste, PROPERNAS, SIMPEL, SIRAJA, SILOBSTER, SIPENA, etc
• Data input regular activities EHS such as daily inspection records, work reports, JSA, Permit, Safety Patrol, 5R report, spheracloud, EHS meetings, documentation, etc
• Document control for all procedur Work Instruction, record in all HSE implementations.
• To control & record of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) stock & specification.
• Document control MSDS & NCR
• Support training preparation (Pre & Post)
• Updating corrective action of incident in Spheracloud & Safety Patrol
Requirements
• Good communication skill (english & bahasa)
• Detail-oriented in working and team work
• Required Skill(s): Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point), ISO Management system awareness, 5S, PROPER Awareness
