About this position

PT Sika Indonesia, a worldwide leader in construction chemicals, is seeking an exceptional individual for the position of Product Stewardship and Inventory Management based at Jababeka Cikarang. This position offers excellent long-term career prospects and an attractive remuneration package.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory in the ERP system, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient workflows.
• MSDS Management: Maintain and regularly review Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Develop and maintain corporate regulatory standards to ensure alignment with all relevant laws, regulations, and directives.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed on regulatory changes and advise the company on necessary adjustments to our portfolio or product pipeline.
• Risk Management: Design and execute risk management strategies, identifying potential risks, evaluating consequences, and proposing solutions to address business needs effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Associate Degree in Related Field.
• Proven experience in maintaining MSDS and handling chemicals.
• Hands-on experience in inventory management using ERP systems.
• Certification in Petugas K3 Kimia (Chemical Safety Officer).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive communication.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to be based at our Cikarang plant.
