About this position

PT Sika Indonesia, a worldwide leader in construction chemicals, is seeking an exceptional individual for the Mechanic & Repair Worker position based at MM 2100 Bekasi, offering excellent long-term career prospects and an attractive remuneration package.

Responsibilities

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh aktifitas preventive maintenance.
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh aktifitas perbaikan dan perawatan mesin dan infrastruktur.
• Berkontribusi dalam program improvement dan troubleshooting mesin dan infrasturktur.
• Bertanggung jawab membuat dokumen untuk kebutuhan maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimal SMK atau D3 diutamakan jurusan Teknik Mesin,
• Min 3 Tahun Pengalaman di bidang terkait.
• Terbiasa dengan maintenance mesin-mesin produksi dan panel-panel.
• Bisa membaca dan memahami gambar teknik MEP.
• Bisa melakukan pekerjaan repair sipil sederhana lebih disukai.
• Bisa bekerja sendiri dengan minim pengawasan.
• Terbiasa dengan Safety, Work Permit & 5R.
• Bisa melakukan pengelasan akan menjadi nilai tambah.
• Bisa melakukan analisa perbaikan & membuat laporan pekerjaan sederhana di log book atau check list.
• Mampu berkomunikasi baik dengan bagian lain terutama departemen produksi.
• Mampu memahami Bahasa Inggris secara pasif.
• Mampu mengoperasikan MS Office.
