About this position

The Trade Marketing Manager - Traditional Trade at Signify will lead initiatives to drive sales growth and market share through effective go-to-market strategies, customer engagement, and market activation plans, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in deploying and executing go-to-market and pricing strategies that drive sales growth and market share for commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with the ability to develop insights and segment existing customers while also recruiting new distributors/customers to expand the customer base.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute Market Activation Plans for new products that generate demand and ensure successful product launches.
• Experience implementing marketing activities and promotions that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure performance of customers and channels, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
• Experience supporting Growth Calls execution and Market Business Review Cycles, with a focus on driving performance and achieving business goals.
• Drive Sales and Margin within assigned channel.
• Develop metrics, track, report and forecast marketing initiatives and activities in Allocadia.
• Enable and engage customers.
• Drive customer readiness and productivity.
• Drive indirect revenue-producing activities such as through-customer Marketing, for-customer Marketing, lead nurturing.
• Identifies, develops & maintains relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers in customers organizations and eco system key players.
• Drives cross functional collaboration, strategic focus and organization agility.
• Builds required capabilities to drive performance.
• Drive integrity & compliance with GBP.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and channel marketing, with a proven track record of success in the field.
• A deep understanding of the market and customer requirements, as well as expertise in developing and implementing effective channel strategies and plans.
• Proven ability to design and execute marketing activation initiatives that drive results in the channel.
• Strong knowledge of channel analytics and the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
• Excellent digital marketing skills, with a demonstrated ability to leverage digital channels to reach and engage target audiences.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English.
