About this position

As a Commercial Channel Leader, Consumer, you’ll be responsible for managing the execution of go to market of our whole Consumer channel and its P&L. You will be reporting directly to the ASEAN Market Leader for our Consumer Business.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and deliver operational targets in the context of local market trends and opportunities
• Develop, maintain and improve long-term partnership within the traditional trade customers in Thailand with target to establish Philips Lighting and Signify as their preferred lighting brand
• Expand business for each key segments of consumer channel - Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and E-Commerce and ensure market share of our products will grow year on year
• Ensure operational excellence are achieved across sales, marketing and support teams
• Manage, mentor and coach the whole Consumer Channel employees in Thailand

Requirements

• Strategic thinker with focus on execution and strong understanding of Sales and marketing dynamics.
• 10+ years combined Sales and Account Management experience
• At least 5 years of people management experience is required
• Experience in the Traditional Trade, Modern Trade selling eco-system in Thailand
• Experience in E-Commerce business is an advantage
• Proven track-record in achieving sales targets and developing a high caliber team
• Strong negotiation skills
• At least Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English is a must
• Full legal working authority in Thailand without the need for visa sponsorship
