Sales Specialist, Traditional Trade- Pontianak
About this position
Responsibilities
• Capable to manage more than one province as sales area.
• Ensure the achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling out target in his/her area.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual business review with distributor’s key person in his/her respected area.
• Coordinate with distributor and other related parties to ensure the successful execution of Philips Lighting marketing program in his/her respected area.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate the local marketing /promotion program / new product introduction on top of national program organized by marketing department.
• Identified the competency gap of distributor’s team and initiate and or conduct the training accordingly.
• Conduct field visit to gather the market information such as competitor activities, market condition related to Philips Lighting products, and also to evaluate the effectiveness / performance of distributor’s team in serving the market need.
• Prepare the necessary report subject for analysis and improvement action.
• Maintain and develop good professional relationship with distributor.
Requirements
• 5 – 7 + years’ experience to handling sales & marketing in West Kalimantan.
• Experience in dealing with distributor for general trade.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Somebody who is passionate about sales especially traditional market, have a strong area identification skill, and market analysis.
• High level of interpersonal skill, good persuasive communication skill.
• Good command in English.
