Export Coordinator
About this position
The Export Coordinator is responsible for managing various tasks related to sales contracts, customer inquiries, and international exhibitions, while also implementing strategies for organizational growth.
Responsibilities
• Undertake ad hoc functions and related duties;
• Prepare sales contracts, sales reports and other related documents;
• Organize and attend domestic and international exhibitions;
• Handling enquiries from existing and new customers;
• Prepare quotations and necessary shipping documents;
• Knowledgeable with government regulatory bodies;
• Correspondence with clients, service providers and internal team;
• Implement strategic method to grow an organization internationally via sales, marketing and branding;
• Designing a plan in container / cargos with technician team - packaging suppliers and internal team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree, International Business Studies or equivalent required;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field required;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Added advantage for candidate with experience in export documentation;
• Industry Type: Transportation & Logistics;
• Good written and oral command of English;
• Basic IT skill;
• Can start work immediately;
• Position Level: intermediate Executive;
