About this position

The Strategic Sourcing Team Leader is responsible for the end-to-end strategic sourcing of products and services to enhance operational efficiency and profitability across the company's plants and APS-Cluster.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the company’s end to end strategic sourcing of products, services with appropriate suppliers essentially for increase operational efficiency and profitability for both Plants & APS-Cluster in the categories of Filling machine downstream equipment, MRO.
• Cross-functional management with representative in each country for their requirement and Project Engineering, Field Service Engineers to collect inquiry & improvement list for defined solutions and collaboration with suppliers.
• To guide, supervise and monitor team members to achieve high performance.
• To ensure Procurement Directive is followed by team members and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in the faculty of Engineering related to the fields of manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, electrical or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in Procurement preferably in Indirect Procurement of Food and Beverage Filling Machine Downstream equipment, Spare Part, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations).
• Very Good English communication.
• Experiencing in SAP is advantage.
• Teamwork.
• Negotiation skill.
• Cooperation and Communication.
