Learning and Talent Management Partner
About this position
Primarily responsible for the development and execution of learning strategies for the AP - South Region; this includes assessing development needs and tracking learning effectiveness, along with the management of the overall learning budget, and vendor relationships. To collaborate with employees and managers in support of talent and career development initiatives, which also includes the initiation of employee engagement and well-being activities and programs.
Responsibilities
Learning & Development:
• Assess learning and development needs within the organization.
• Organize and implement training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Design, develop and manage AP-S development programs such as leadership development, mentorship, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.
• Manage training and development budgets.
• Monitor and evaluate training and development programs’ effectiveness.
• Keep up with the latest training and development trends and best practices.
Talent Management:
• Analyze data/ information related to talent management and come up with talent recommendations or strategy to drive organization efficiency and people development.
• Execute the Talent management processes i.e.. Skill gap analysis, Performance management, tracking progress of identified talented group.
• Design career path for the assigned target groups within AP-S.
Engagement and Well-being:
• Drive on execution of employee engagement surveys from conducting survey to preparing engagement results and developing analysis reports with recommendations for further actions.
• Ensure action plan are executed according to engagement survey result.
• Translate global well-being strategy into execution for region and TH local.
• Plan and manage all communications related to employee experience, engagement activities and people well-being to employees and management.
Requirements
• 5+ years proven HR experience in a medium size organization with a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent management, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both Thai and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Prefer for analytical abilities to assess employees' needs and translate those into actionable recommendations to improve employee experiences and work environment.
• Execution-focused, with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility and the ability to adjust to a constantly changing work environment.
