About this position
The Key Account Executive will support the Key Account Manager in driving and managing the P&L of assigned key accounts. This role focuses on delivering financial targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
• Partnership Coordination: Collaborate with internal specialists (technical, production, marketing) to provide exceptional support and differentiate our offerings in quality, innovation, and sustainability.
• Market Analysis: Identify conversion opportunities against competitors and explore new product development possibilities to increase market share.
• Account Planning: Support the development and implementation of strategic account plans that align with customer goals and leverage internal resources effectively.
• Financial Management: Assist in driving and managing the P&L of assigned customers, ensuring financial targets are met through effective planning and execution.
• Sales Forecasting: Assist in establishing and maintaining accurate 12-month rolling sleeve sales forecasts, monitoring stock levels, and optimizing sleeve utilization.
• Customer Engagement: Regularly visit customers to assess their needs, resolve issues, and develop strong professional relationships that foster loyalty.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and meeting minutes to keep customers and internal teams informed on relevant topics and action items.
• Project Participation: Engage in special projects or assignments as directed by the Key Account Manager or Country Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
