Regional Sales Manager – (East Indonesia)
About this position
Responsibilities
• You will be accountable for lead generation for all types of sales opportunities, market penetration, and customer relationships.
• You will develop the Key Opinion Leaders and enhance the Reference Sites.
• You will be responsible to strengthen direct relationships on behalf of SHS with C-levels of key customers, responsible for customer development planning and for positioning of the entire SHS/VAR portfolio based on their respective GTM models.
Requirements
• You hold a successfully completed bachelor’s degree in engineering/management/business equivalent.
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in Medical Device Industries.
• You have Imaging Equipment related experience with a good track record and existing working relationships with customers in the field of Radiology, Cardiology, Oncology or Nuclear Medicine (preferred).
• You understand the regulatory and legal health care ecosystem in Indonesia.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are proficient in English both written and spoken due to the requirements of the role.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You possess strategic thinking that translates into strategic action plans.
• You have strong computer skills.
• You are committed to ethical business practices.
• Working Location: Denpasar, Bali.
