About this position

At Siemens Healthineers, the Product Specialist for Ultrasound is responsible for developing product strategy, identifying market objectives, and driving sales efforts. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance ultrasound products and reports directly to the Ultrasound Business Manager.

Responsibilities

Your tasks and responsibilities:
• You will set up the product strategy of the business to achieve the sales goals and execute it through driving the sales team in the field with good articulation and effective communication.
• You will build the market understanding, product knowledge and clinical application of the sales team to ensure high performance that meets customers’ standards.
• You will increase the win rate and accelerate the revenue growth through:
• Increasing the funnel visibility by engagement with the customers with demo and product presentation, optimizing the workshop and exhibition and another marketing activity.
• Monitoring and evaluating the process of funnel on a weekly basis, analysis of revenue by product on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Lead the rolling forecast with Sales Team so it will be reflected as the LBE by product.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the support for customer is available according to the service after sales, finance negotiation, administration, and channel management.
• Ensure that the processes adhere to the compliance and quality standards of the company.
• Drawing up the plans above and report it on a quarterly basis.
• Strong collaboration with another modality for product bundle and creatively come up with innovative ways to keep the sales team focus on ultrasound.

Requirements

Your qualifications and experiences:
• You hold a successfully completed bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology/radiographer, sonographer, cardiovascular technology or a related field.
• You have minimally 1 year of proven experience as a Product Specialist/Sales or similar role.
• You have in-depth knowledge of Ultrasound technology and applications.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You are proficient in English (both written and verbal) due to the requirements of the role.
