Responsibilities

Your task and responsibilities:
• You will help to prepare commercial and tax invoices and collect their supporting documents.
• You will support Finance team to visit customer sites to handle invoicing documents, including obtaining signatures from hospital authorities.
• You will help Finance team in sending invoices and monitoring client receipts to guarantee accuracy and completeness of documents.
• Preparing contract for customer and archiving document upon completion

Requirements

Your qualifications and experiences:
• Students currently pursuing a degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
• Basic knowledge in AR Process
• Candidate should possess advanced skill in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel.
• Able to commit for internship at least 6 months

Your personality and skills:
• You are self-motivated, eager to learn and are a good timekeeper for deliverables.
• You have high levels of initiative and are a keen problem solver when facing challenges.
• You are a team player and can manage tight deadlines and time pressure.
• You are proficient (spoken and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English and possess good communication skills.
