About this position
Responsibilities
• Drive Sales Integration: Create transparency and drive integration and alignment between major sales transformation programs like MES, MIT, Track and Trace, EDI, and other future initiatives, with a focus on enhancing sales performance.
• Identify Sales Opportunities: Identify gaps and overlaps between the scope and timeline of major initiatives and develop solutions to overcome those, with an emphasis on sales growth.
• Harmonize Sales Processes: Identify harmonization and simplification opportunities across different product lines and locations to streamline sales processes.
• End-to-End Sales Perspective: Focus on an End-to-End business process perspective while balancing the needs of different product lines and organizations, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Foster Sales Collaboration: Foster collaboration and drive decisions on difficult topics towards ensuring the biggest benefit for Siemens Energy’s sales objectives.
• Communicate Sales Strategies: Communicate and share the Digital Sales and Growth target landscape and its implications for the business, with a strong emphasis on sales strategies and outcomes.
Requirements
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or M.Sc. degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Ten or more years of experience in sales, growth, digital sales transformation, or equivalent. Knowledge of sales processes is preferable. Candidates with more experience can be considered for higher-level positions.
• Project Management: Experienced as a project manager in targeted selection and standardized implementation of tools across global locations, with a focus on sales tools and strategies.
• Leadership: Ability to proactively lead and collaborate effectively to derive common sales targets.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to easily analyze data and present it to others, with a demonstrated ability to communicate sales data to senior management and peers alike.
• Moderation Skills: Successfully applied good moderation skills and methodological knowledge in the area of sales and growth.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to travel as required.
