The Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst provides support services to the PM group, focusing on business analysis, process performance, and the implementation of improvements and new systems.
• Analysis of existing business and process performance, development of recommendations and implementation of improvements.
• Development of PM processes and process optimisation.
• Implementation of new systems and processes including development, roll out, training, and change management.
• Development and implementation of monitoring and reporting on PM and business performance.
• Typically, 5 years of experience in a technology business, with experience in power generation and maintenance of rotating machinery very desirable.
• BS or equivalent experience in engineering or related area. Other relevant post graduate qualifications desirable.
• Experience working in an international business.
• Experience communicating with management on complex process, business, technical, commercial and customer issues.
• Willing to travel an estimated 30% domestic and international.
• Experience in engineering, field service or project management.
• Understanding of power plant technology and business models.
• Understanding of profit and loss with an ambitious approach.
