Responsibilities

â€Ē Provide the 2nd level technical support to 1st level technician team per defined role and responsibilities.
â€Ē Respond to requests or escalations from technician team.
â€Ē Perform operation monitoring and follow up issues or activities.
â€Ē Analyze and investigate root cause for solving issue and improvement.
â€Ē Provide feedback and contribute to improvement initiatives.
â€Ē Maintain service level agreement or required KPI.
â€Ē Manage spare part usage and control for corrective maintenance.
â€Ē Perform routine maintenance to maintain machine’s condition.
â€Ē Coordinate service activities with technician team and other teams.
â€Ē Test and upgrade new releases of solution.
â€Ē Perform machine installation and commissioning as requested.
â€Ē Install, configure, optimize & maintain systems, applications, and solutions.
â€Ē Maintain accurate and updated documentation.
â€Ē Identify situations requiring urgent attention and escalate as appropriate.
â€Ē Able to work outside business hours and availability for on-call support depending on business requirements.
â€Ē Able to work as Shift depending on business requirements.

Requirements

â€Ē Electrical Engineering degree and technical competence in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of training, and/or experience.
â€Ē Minimum 2 years’ experience in operation, service, maintenance, and problem troubleshooting in a factory environment.
â€Ē Have good knowledge relating to automation system and inspection system.
â€Ē Fluent in English, good written and verbal communication.
â€Ē Ability to diagnose and analyze mechanical, electrical, technical issues using provided data from operation team.
â€Ē Experience with Microsoft office tools for document creation, reporting and presentation.
â€Ē Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrated abilities to diagnose and analyze technical issues.
â€Ē Ability to work in teams, to work under pressure, have customer-oriented attitude.
â€Ē Knowledge of basic PLC setup and programming a plus.
â€Ē Knowledge quality inspection system using vision or camera a plus.
â€Ē Knowledge of industrial inkjet printer, hydraulic and P&ID a plus.
