About this position
The Sales / Sales Manager (Oversea base) position involves managing organizational sales, developing business plans, and overseeing the sales team to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Planning and review the sales goals to align with the company policies
• Setting and adjusting individual sales targets with sales team to update with the recent company's business situation.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with the internal and external sectors including government offices.
• Coordinate for training of sales team
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Comprehend the ideal customer satisfaction and handle the overall complaint and solution.
• Managing customer relationship to meet the highest standard of satisfaction for retaining and increase sales growth.
• Handle and oversee the operational activities comply with the law and regulation of each oversea base.
• Management oversea team of each oversea base and Perform the additional task as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Management or any field of Engineering or equivalent or related field
• At least 5 year of working experience in related field
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and managing sales team and experience in petrochemical or petroleum business is an advantage
• Good command in communication and written in English
• Proactive, initiative, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good attitude, Positive Thinking, Strategic and analytical skills
• Readiness to travel and work abroad
• Have own driving license
• Good command of Computer skill
• Fluent speaking and excellent communicate(reading and writing) in Thai
