Siamgas and Petrochemicals PCL. is a leading LPG distributor in Thailand and East Asia. The company operates in five countries which are Thailand, China, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. In Thailand, the company is thailand’s second largest LPG trader and sell LPG under two brands which are “SIAMGAS” and “UNIQUEGAS” the company has three core businesses which are LPG and Petrochemical trading, LPG and Petrochemical transportation, and LPG cylinder and autogas tank manufacturer. For oversea operation, the company sell LPG in bulk and in retail under several brands which are “SGGAS”, “SINGGAS”, and “MYGAZ”.

About this position

The Asst. Accounting Manager (Consolidation) is responsible for monitoring financial statements, preparing cash flow reports, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role involves collaboration with various teams to manage financial reporting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the financial statement report of the Group company (Subsidiaries, Associate and Joint venture)
• Prepare or review the cash flow by quarterly and yearly, as need.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as need.
• Prepare or monitor the notes on FS for the Group within deadline Monitor and analysis the accounting report of subsidiaries (such as assets, liabilities, incomes statement, Defer tax, ledger scrutiny, etc.) for the Group report, as need.
• Review the accounting report of the Group and coordinate with respective parties to manage quarterly and year-end closing reports as required (e.g the accounting teams in the Group and external auditor).
• Assist to prepare the transfer pricing report
• Prepare and monitor the consolidation of IFRS16 report
• To perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fields
• A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in Accounting Functions (candidates who has experience coming from Audit firm is a preferable/advantage)
• Good knowledge in relating to Accounting standards (TAS and TFRS) both local & international accounting, Internal control, Consolidation report and improvement activities is preferable
• A command of computer literacy such as MS Excel and MS Word
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline and comfortable with routine duties
• Good communication, team building and conflict solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time-management and organizational skill.
• Good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness
• Good communication in English skills (written and spoken)
