Siam Rivea Company Limited is hiring for a new luxury brand café concept located in the Rajchaprasong area, seeking a Barista for a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities

• To maintain cafe standard operating procedures
• To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• To ensure the beverage service practices adhere to the SRV CAFÉ philosophy
• To prepare correct drinks ordered according to recipes and quality standard
• To increase sales at all opportunities through suggestive selling
• Assisting in the deliveries and bar maintenance
• Maintenance of the beverage list, buying, sourcing and costing
• Manual monthly stocktake
• Ensure open/close duties are performed to the required standard
• To maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress and punctuality
• To handle complaints according to guidelines
• To maintain proper dining-room etiquette and operations of the partner
• To communicate with the General Manager regarding any changes or problems with service
• To ensure that customers are correctly charged, and sign the bills before presenting

Requirements

• Efficient & Creative
• Barista knowledge
• Progressive experience in restaurant & Café with 1 - 2 years in a similar role
• F&B background
