About this position

ตำแหน่งผู้จัดการเขตสำหรับ Café Amazon ในพื้นที่โซนอยุธยา มีหน้าที่บริหารจัดการยอดขายและบุคลากรภายในร้าน รวมถึงการตรวจสอบและพัฒนาคุณภาพการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัทฯ.

Responsibilities

• บริหารยอดขาย และควบคุมต้นทุนต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
• บริหารจัดการเรื่องบุคลากรภายในร้าน
• ตรวจสอบการทำงานของแต่ละสาขาให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย และมาตราฐานของบริษัทฯ
• พัฒนาคุณภาพการทำงาน และการบริการของสาขาให้ได้มาตราฐาน
• งานเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ในงานบริการอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• เคยมีประสบการณ์การเป็นหัวหน้างาน
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ในระดับดี
• มีทักษะการเจรจาและการติดต่อประสานงาน
• มีทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ การแก้ปัญหาและการตัดสินใจ
• มีรถยนต์ส่วนบุคคลและมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
• พักอยู่ในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครราชสีมาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
