Secretary (Personal Assistant)
About this position
The Secretary (Personal Assistant) is responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support to executives, managing confidential information, and facilitating communication within the organization and with external parties.
Responsibilities
• Perform all-round secretarial duties including day-to-day correspondence, incoming phone call, schedule appointment, meeting arrangement, business trip arrangement, minutes taking, presentation materials preparation, documentation and filing.
• Handle a sensitively and highly confidential information and maintain the security of the executive’s records and files.
• Facilitate smooth communications between the executives and between the executives and external parties.
• Perform other administrative duties including co-ordinate with accounting & finance team in terms of payment for executive’s office and accounting records and monitor expenditures to ensure that the office's activities are conducted within established budgets.
• Co-ordinate with domestic & international group of company as required.
• Handle as a personal assistant role to perform the personalized administrative duties for senior executive level as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related fields.
• At least 5 year of experience in personal assistant and secretarial functions.
• Strong service mind, multitasker, well-organizing, pleasant personality, and communication skills.
• Being mature, trustworthy, punctual, energetic, fast learning, reliable, and able to work well with deadlines.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Good command in English and Thai. Proficient in computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
