Receptionist and General Affairs Officer
About this position
The Receptionist and General Affairs Officer is responsible for managing communication, providing information to visitors, and coordinating general office affairs.
Responsibilities
•Answer telephone lines and transfer them to the internal Siam Motors Office/or other as assigned.
•Exchange office entry pass and car parking scanning including monitoring database.
•Keep informed on primary information relating to the building on special events of the office tenant, visitors.
•Coordinate with the building custodians relating to cleaning, G Floor security, and general affairs.
•Responsible for typing duties relating to news notifications for tenants, visitors, or relevant individuals.
•Provide general information to visitors.
•Responsible for the receipt of arrival documents from internal agencies for passing to the identified recipient.
•Other ad hoc admin assignments.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Arts English, Communication, or other related field.
•Experience 1-3 years in receptionist, guest relation.
•Computer literacy.
•Good command of speaking and listening to English at conversational level.
•Hard-working, trustworthy and patient.
•Willing to work on flexible working-schedule sometimes.
