Office Leasing and Sales Coordinator
About this position
The Office Leasing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing leasing activities in the commercial real estate industry, serving as the primary point of contact for potential tenants and buyers.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily schedule and appointments for visitors/prospect to provide assistance such as information and also determine prospective client's needs and abilities to propose solutions to suit them.
• Conducting property tours to showcase available office spaces and highlighting their features and benefits.
• Prepare and keep up with all paperwork such as applications, agreements, proposals offer letters, credit and employment checks, and move-in packages. Review leasing contracts with tenants and obtain all required signatures.
• Maintaining tracking accurate records of property details, client information, and lease terms.
• Coordinate with appraisers, escrow companies, real estate agents or third parties.
• Handle the administrative aspects of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide administrative support, sales coordinators contribute to overall client satisfaction.
• Other assignments will be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree or Higher in any field. Hotel and Tourism Management, Real estate & property management is preferred.
• 3-5 years of working experience as a real estate agent/sales support, or sales coordinator is preferred.
• Ability to work independently combined with interpersonal skills.
• Sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Pleasant Personality and Trustworthiness.
• Good English communication skill is a must.
