The General Manager, Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, and achieving key performance indicators while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Management according to Executive Vise President policy.
• Setting up Manufacturing Department Policy by related to Company Policy and current situation.
• Manage and control Manufacturing activities to achieve KPI (Man-power and Equipment).
• Control productivity by Quality Policy.
• Setup and control Scrap from production.
• Ensure safety policies are followed by all Manufacturing staffs and Accident report (if any).
• Support Company Activities to achieve by Company policy.
• Support/ followup/ improve and solve problem in Manufacturing Department.
• Evaluate Manufacturing staffs performance by Company Policy.
• Ensure company regulation are followed by all Manufacturing staffs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Production Management/ Engineering.
• 15 years relevant experience in manufacturing and 5 years in automotive parts.
• Fluent English language skill, Manufacturing Management skill and Computer skill.
• Very good leadership skill, Good command communication skill, Calm & fair judgement skill.
• Good Planning with Strategy plan with Leadership, Corporation and Team Management.
