About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrolment, including school tours, assessments, and withdrawals.
• Act as the main point of contact for prospective families, delivering top-tier service and addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
• Develop and implement policies alongside the DAM to ensure smooth admissions and registration.
• Monitor and report on key admissions data, providing insights to aid strategic planning.
• Collaborate on recruitment events with the Marketing team and build relationships with recruitment agencies and expat employers.
• Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and legally compliant.
• Supervise and mentor Admissions Officers to build a strong, efficient team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field).
• Proven leadership in an admissions role within the education sector.
• International School experience in Asia, particularly Thailand will be an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills.
• A proactive, creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
