Transformation Program Managers
About this position
The Transformation Program Manager focuses on managing specific transformation programs within the broader transformation portfolio. This role is more tactical and execution-oriented, dealing with the day-to-day management of one or several specific initiatives. The program manager ensures that the assigned programs are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
Responsibilities
• Program Execution: Manages the execution of specific transformation programs or projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource management.
• Performance Monitoring: Tracks the progress of assigned programs, monitors performance against key milestones and deliverables, and makes adjustments as needed to keep projects on tracks.
• Stakeholder Management: Works closely with stakeholders, including initiative owners, functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on program objectives.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Identifies and resolves issues that arise during the execution of programs, ensuring that risks are managed and that any obstacles are addressed promptly.
• Reporting: Provides regular updates on program status to the Transformation Program Management Lead or other senior leaders as required.
Requirements
• Requires experience in project and program management, with a focus on executing complex initiatives.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are keys.
• Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to work collaboratively across different function is also important.
• High performing senior managers with strong standing and good network within the organization.
• Positive and proactive process management with an eye for detail and a strong ownership mentality.
• Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment.
