About this position

The Assistant Manager - IT Finance Budgeting and Controlling will support the IT FP&A Business Partner in various financial activities including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and technology development insights.

Responsibilities

• Reporting – Supporting IT FP&A Business Partner to develop actionable management reporting, dashboards, and KPIs, and oversee monthly variance analysis and operating reviews to track business success.
• Budgeting – involvement with the annual and quarterly budget process providing analysis and support to the IT FP&A Business Partner.
• Forecasting – supporting the IT FP&A Business Partner for technology development and technology expenses both CAPEX and OPEX.
• Technology development Insights – Support the IT FP&A Business Partner to gather technology team insights to support decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems), or a related field.
• 2-4 Years of Experience in accounting, or finance.
• Experience with Financial Data Entry and Budgeting and basic bookkeeping (Accrual).
• Exposure to Financial Statements and reporting (e.g., through coursework).
• Experience with company purchase order process for PR, PO, GRN (Oracle ERP is a plus).
• Experience in Microsoft Office Software’s for example Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
• Technology/retail industry experience is desired.
