HRD Specialist (Learning & Engagement)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs that align with business needs and employee development goals.
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with trainers and participants.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized learning paths for employees.
• Conduct orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hires.
• Ensure learning programs success from training logistics to post-program evaluation.
• Engage the high standard external training providers and internal instructors to facilitate our staff learning.
• Maintain and update training records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Organize and promote engagement activities, workshops, and events that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support the planning and execution of recognition programs, staff events, and other activities that enhance employee experience.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for learning and engagement-related queries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, social science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in learning and development, engagement, change management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, self-starter, and skilled in practical implementation.
