The Hospital Service Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the quality of hospital services, ensuring compliance with international standards and organizational policies while enhancing patient and family experiences.
Responsibilities
âĒ Manage and oversee the quality of hospital services to ensure compliance with international standards and organizational policies.
âĒ Supervise service operations in both Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD) departments to achieve maximum efficiency.
âĒ Coordinate with medical and nursing teams to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
âĒ Monitor and improve services to enhance the patient and family experience.
âĒ Analyze and evaluate patient satisfaction data and propose service improvement plans.
âĒ Develop and train staff to enhance service capabilities.
âĒ Manage resources within the service department to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
âĒ Bachelorâs or masterâs degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Hospital Management, or a related field.
âĒ Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management in hospitals or clinics.
âĒ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
âĒ Understanding of international standards such as JCI (Joint Commission International) is highly preferred.
âĒ Good proficiency in English.
