Training officer (Human Resource Development)
About this position
The Training Officer (Human Resource Development) is responsible for developing and implementing training programs, setting competency and individual development plans (IDP) for employees, and designing talent management systems.
Responsibilities
• Setting competency and IDP for employees.
• Setting individual career paths for employees.
• Designing a talent management system.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
• Designing an education system for employees.
• Designing and organizing workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
• Responsible for the Development and implementation of training.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 6 - 10 years experienced in HR function (Training, Set competency, career path, and IDP) with Good knowledge.
• Strong leadership and growth mindset.
• Good command of English and Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Language Skill: Good command for English both spoken and written.
• Have experience in doing competency and IDP will be considered as a special factor.
