Sales Executive (Food Services)
About this position
The Sales Executive (Food Services) is responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and expanding business opportunities within the food services sector.
Responsibilities
• Implement company & department sales strategy to deliver sales and GP target, and control credit terms payment.
• Manage profitably existing customers’ portfolio by selling existing and new products, and handling all customer requests in a timely manner (bidding, quotations, CN, products complains etc.).
• Expand business opportunities by opening new potential customers to achieve department’s strategic plan.
• Develop and maintain effective relationship with customers & trade (Chefs, Purchasing Managers and other stakeholders) through regular schedule of visit.
• Report to next level supervisor about the market situation, competitors’ activities and customers’ feedback.
• Support sales, marketing and others activities as required by the company.
Requirements
• 1-3 years experience in sales and food industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or Food Tech.
• Experience in Food Services is an advantage.
• Experience in food business would be advantage, especially selling to QSR, Chained Restaurant, Factory and Trader.
• Proactive in anticipating, identifying and solving problems.
• Welcome challenges and has a passion for results.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written in English.
• Good computer skills of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willing to learn and to develop skills.
