About this position

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing customer complaints, manufacturing quality assurance, quality lab operations, and maintaining quality systems in compliance with IATF/ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Fast responds – Problem Solving (8D)
• Returned parts coordination, review, report, closure
• Day to day customer interface for communication of data alignment & management
• In process quality
• Internal quality control gates
• In process built in quality assurance
• Daily data and action improvement
• Production quality records, analysis and action
• SPC implementation
• Tests
• Calibration
• SPPAP and PPAP measurement reports
• Product & process periodical audit
• R&R fixtures and gages
• Implementation, follow up and updating of documents on IATF/ISO9001

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี ทุกสาขา
• มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งที่เปิดรับ 3-5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Stamping Part (โลหะเท่านั้น)
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QMR ในระบบคุณภาพ
• มีประสบการณ์ในงานอุตสาหกรรมกลุ่มยานยนต์ (stamping) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
