Production Supervisor

About this position

The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the machinery is functional.
• Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards.
• Prepare daily production plans.
• Check the readiness of workforce, machinery, raw materials, and production equipment.
• Control and oversee production to ensure the quantity and quality meet the daily production plan.
• Coordinate maintenance of machinery and work equipment.
• Collaborate with the quality department to set product quality targets.
• Develop employees to enhance their knowledge and expertise according to the standards set by the company.

Requirements

• Experience in Vanishing & lapping processes will be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of work experience in an industrial factory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisor position.
• Good communication skills in English.
