We distribute and install air-conditioners in Thailand under the brand name “DAIKIN”, and provide after-sales services. To meet the demands of our steadily increasing number of clients, we are looking for ambitious, patient and talented individuals to join our growing team.

About this position

The Sales Engineer - Chinese Speaking position involves increasing sales, maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales order to achieve the target, increase new potential customer and maintain existing customers.
• Contact and make an appointment to discuss with customers. Discuss and get what they need with feedback.
• Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers, help customers to solve problems.
• Preparing the bidding document. And collect the competitor’s information.
• Follow up project on hand and forecast delivery in each month.
• Collaboration with internal team, such as engineering, service, planning, logistic.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related fields./ Arts Program in Chinese or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales engineering, technical sales, HVAC in construction/ Developer / building business or any related fields.
• Good communication in English or Chinese languages (HSK Test 5 level or higher).
• Effectively communicating complex technical information to technical audiences is a core competency.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Have a private car and a driving’s license.
• Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
• Excellent in Selling skills, Negotiation skills, and Presentation skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Ability to travel. (Must have a private car and a driving's license)
