Key Account Officer (E-Commerce)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless management of brand official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory levels to maintain optimal store performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and increase revenue from brand official stores.
• Plan and implement exclusive campaigns, flash sales, and brand day promotions to maximize visibility and conversions.
• Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with e-commerce platform account managers and Outsource partners to secure exclusive deals, visibility, and support for brand official stores.
• Track and analyze store KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with the product team to launch new SKUs and optimize existing offerings.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing and sales strategies across platforms.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of managing online platforms and driving sales growth.
• Passion for e-commerce business and familiar with e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok.
• Proficient in Excel for Reporting, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools.
• Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
