About this position

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Siam Daikin Sales Co., Ltd. This senior position reports to the Head of Finance and requires close collaboration with various Business Heads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting for Sales Business Units (SBU).
• Act as a strategic partner to the division head on financial and organizational matters.
• Analyze business portfolio development and cost structures; provide strategic direction.
• Support business planning and evaluate business plans for investments and marketing.
• Prepare presentations for leadership meetings and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Execute standard financial processes and evaluate business strategies and projects.
• Monitor business profitability, assess risks and opportunities, and support M&A processes.
• Foster compliance with corporate standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Degree in Business Administration, MBA, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational corporation.
• Strong accounting and tax knowledge, commercial acumen, and SAP experience.
• Skills in PowerBi would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Excel.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to work well in a multi-cultural team.
• CPA or experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms is preferred.
