Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Develop effective 3-year strategies for refrigeration business expansion.
• Customer Development: Build networks with direct customers, dealers, contractors, and upstream stakeholders (designers, architects, consultants).
• Product Development: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide product development and collaborate with HQ and factories for successful launches.
• Regional Support: Work closely with regional teams to drive growth through insights, knowledge sharing, and strategic support.
• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing to promote the refrigeration business with impactful sales materials like catalogs and engineering data.
• Sales Excellence: Achieve budget targets through effective action plans.
• Team Building: Establish and lead a strong, results-driven refrigeration team.
• Training Leadership: Collaborate with training teams to execute comprehensive refrigeration-related training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical Support: Work with internal teams and contractors to ensure efficient after-sales service and technical assistance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or Higher in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Refrigeration or related field.
• Must have 6-10 years of direct experience in Commercial Refrigeration Business.
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans, team building, control and adjust business implementation to achieve goals.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills coupled with strong business acumen.
• High-level problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Positive and resilient attitude to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent in English speaking, writing, and reading.
