We distribute and install air-conditioners in Thailand under the brand name “DAIKIN”, and provide after-sales services. To meet the demands of our steadily increasing number of clients, we are looking for ambitious, patient and talented individuals to join our growing team.

About this position

ผู้จัดการศูนย์บริการ สาขาระยอง มีหน้าที่ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของแผนกบริการสาขาเพื่อมอบประสบการณ์ที่เหนือกว่าให้กับลูกค้า.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the operational efficiency of the branch service department to deliver superior customer experiences.
• Plan marketing strategy for service department to amplify its outreach and impact.
• To drive revenue growth for branch service.
• Assessing the proficiency of branch personnel and formulating targeted development initiatives to foster continual improvement.
• Strategizing to extend the reach of customer care services in Rayong, enhancing accessibility and satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve operational issues, ensuring optimal service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in or related after-sales operations.
• General knowledge of technical services and soft services.
• Able to manage service centers and manpower plans very well.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and Problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
