About this position
Responsibilities
• Inventory planning and Management of stock level
• Check spare parts stock, and review excess spare parts to replenish stock
• Follow spare parts backlog from factory
• Review Safety stock, Leadtime, to adjust order calculation
• Warehouse management, design supply flow and layout with warehouse management, support in solving daily operation problem
• Lead to improve warehouse operation and efficiently, Control sub-contractor of spare parts warehouse
• Control expense concerned with warehouse operation / Control Cost of spare parts
• Control the spare parts warehouse costs appropriately
• Control the spare parts transportation costs appropriately
• Control and check the delivery of spare parts from the manufacturer correctly
• Analysis report on the improvement of warehouse (All branches).
• Improving the preparation of spare parts data (Data improvement), including collecting new product data and reviewing stock-checking activities to reduce stock-checking time.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain or related
• At least 3-5 years in Logistic or Warehouse Management
• Full understanding of Logistics and warehouse operation process (SAP, WMS)
• Experience in spare parts stock will be given special consideration
• Be able to communicate in English (advanced conversational level Middle-High)
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and Problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
