About this position

You’re responsible for managing bank-wide operations to ensure that BUs comply with the incident management lifecycle. This includes providing advice on Operational Risk Management, driving the Risk Culture Program, and managing bank-wide BIA, BCP, and BCP Testing Activities annually. You will ensure loss data accuracy and regulatory compliance, handle Incident Response and Crisis Management, maintain BCM policies and procedures, and conduct walkthrough risk-based exercises and forensic investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain incident and loss management regulations, bank-wide end-to-end Incident & Loss, Fact Finding, and BCM activities
• Provide data quality assurance (QA) for incident and loss data and continuously improve incident data quality to ensure the business value of reporting
• Fulfill BOT Loss Data Pooling requirements and BOT Operational Risk Management Guidelines
• Execute regulatory reporting requirements, including quarterly BOT loss data pooling, quarterly fraudulent transactions for BOT, loss by business lines for BOT audit, and notification to BOT of significant incidents
• Ensure Risk Culture is well communicated and support Risk Culture Activities
• Conduct walkthrough and tabletop exercises based on risk scenarios, as well as fact-finding processes for forensic investigations and ensure action plans are well implemented

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or related fields
• At least 5 years of work experience in Operational Risk Management, incident and loss management, problem management, operational forensic investigations, or Business Continuity Management
• Relevant banking background and experience with technology-related incidents are advantageous
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using Copilot, PowerAutomation, PowerApp, and PowerBi at a foundational level
• Good command of English is a plus
