Corporate Secretary
About this position
We are seeking a Corporate Secretary, Officer level, to join our corporate office team. The successful candidate will handle all processes for the Management Committee, any assigned meetings, and other relevant meetings in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Schedule Management Committee meetings, arrange meeting venues, and relevant facilities
• Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and files, ensuring their completeness and timely distribution
• Take comprehensive minutes of meetings, follow up on action plans with relevant business units, and circulate resolutions to related parties
• Collaborate closely with business units to understand their focus and strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in company secretary-related tasks
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Thai and English
• Good understanding of the financial and banking business, with sound knowledge of corporate laws, securities laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance being a big plus
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a fast learner
