About this position

To monitor customer credit limit and ensure debts are paid in a timely manner. Obtain sufficient information to assess debtor’s credit worthiness and exposure in line with company’s policy. Perform the sales order release with no/low risk and make adjustment to resolve problems regarding to company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess credit worthiness of credit customers and propose to Credit Committee according to Credit Control Policy.
• Monitor blocked sales orders and reasonably propose to authorized person whether to release or reject.
• Control credit limit and credit term in SAP system by maintaining accurate credit limit and up-to-date customer details and account records into SAP (per approval grated by Credit Committee).
• Ensure documents are timely and accurately issued to customers.
• Coordinate closely with AR Accountants in order to reduce overdue items.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Finance, Accounting or any related fields.
• At least 4 year experience in Credit Analysis.
• At least 2 year experience and background in Accounts Receivable, Collection and Finance.
• Prefer work experiences in Bank industry involve working with Credit Analyst.
• Knowledge of Credit management.
• Knowledge of Basic finance.
• TOEIC 550.
