About this position
Responsibilities
• Create and update schedules to meet customer orders, considering resources and deadlines.
• Work with the Purchasing team to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Track operations to avoid delays and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize use.
• Analyze data to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep accurate records for tracking and future use.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in operations planning or a related role within the industrial services sector.
• Working knowledge of operations planning and scheduling principles.
• Experience with inventory management techniques (e.g., ABC analysis).
• Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
