Presales Executive (INSEE Superblock)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Introduce and penetrate INSEE Superblock, INSEE Mortar and Conwood specification to the targeted customers, developers, designers, consultants, architects, etc.
• Finding for new opportunities in the market for INSEE Superblock, INSEE Mortar and Conwood products and identify new requirements to sales team.
• Initiating event or campaign to generate demand from target customer group.
• Enhance relationship and participate in the events related to those influencers and try to converse to sales process.
• Create and maintain influencer databases under owns accounts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 4 years of experiences in pre-sales/specification role for construction and material products with background of sales and marketing field.
• Knowledge of construction material and project management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Creativity and innovative thinking skills.
