About this position

The Mining Engineer will oversee rock production, ensure equipment availability, maintain product quality, manage budgets, and implement safety standards in quarry operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage rock production volume and maintain sufficient inventory level to serve crushing operations.
• Ensure availability of quarry operation equipment and machinery to maximize production efficiency.
• Ensure products quality before deliver to both internal and external customers.
• Control the operating budget and production cost as planned.
• Initiate and establish new operation process to improve productivity within expected budget.
• Implement safety standard and comply with OH&S and environment regulations to minimize risk in all operations activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering or other related fields.
• 8 years of working experience in mining operations with minimum 3-year direct experience in quarry and crushing plant operations or related fields.
• Knowledge of quarry operations (drilling and blasting).
• Knowledge of crushing processing and maintenance.
• Knowledge of plant operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of OH&S issues in quarry working environment.
• Able to work 6 days/ week (Mon to Sat) in quarry environment (Suphanburi).
